Lodestar Muay Thai Return Policy

At Lodestar Muay Thai, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Muay Thai gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at Lodestarmuaythai@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to process may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
